Barca Dress

The Barca Dress begins with 7–8 metres of cotton, hand-blocked in Jaipur one colour and one block at a time.

Printing alone takes an entire working day. The fabric is left to dry the following day, washed and dried again on day three, and only then sent to our workshop to be cut and sewn.

Each dress uses approximately 7–8 metres of hand-blocked cotton and 5 metres of lining. It’s a process that refuses to be rushed — and that’s exactly how we like to make our clothes.

Small variations in the print are a natural part of the hand-blocking process, making every piece a little different from the next.
