Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns. The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with us in INDIA & SINGAPORE.


WHAT IS OUR RETURN POLICY?

At Arrasa, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how our return process works:

• Refunds: We do not offer refunds. All approved returns will be issued as store credit only.

• Condition of Items: Items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unused, unwashed, and with the original return tags still attached.

• Return Approval: All returns are subject to approval by our team. Items sent back without return tags will not be accepted, and customers will need to arrange collection from our warehouse.

• Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

• Timeline: Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. Items must reach our warehouse before store credit or an exchange is issued.

• Responsibility: Arrasa cannot be held responsible for items lost during return shipping. Please use a trackable service.

• Exceptions:
• Swimwear cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons. If they were unused, we will do a stringent quality check before making an exception. 

• Final Sale items are not eligible for exchange or return. 

• Flash Sale items can only be returned for store credit.

• We currently do not accept international returns or exchanges.

• Condition on Arrival: Items with makeup stains, perfume, or any other odors will not be accepted. Please try on garments carefully.

• Authorization: Only authorised returns will be processed. Returns sent without prior authorization will be refused, and customers must arrange collection of those items.

WHEN WILL MY RETURN BE PROCESSED?

Return Processing & Store Credit
• Returns are assessed and processed within 3–5 business days from the date they reach our warehouse.
• Once your return is processed, you will receive an email notification with your store credit details.
• Store credit is issued for the purchase price of the garments only.
• Please note: shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs will be deducted from your credit amount.
• Store credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

WHAT IF I RECEIVED A FAULTY / INCORRECT ITEM?

We sincerely apologies for any inconvenience caused by receiving a faulty garment. Our warehouse team do ensure all items are subject to a quality control prior to dispatch.

In the unlikely case that you do receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact shoparrasa@gmail.com with images of the garment so our team can assess further. Please include your order number and any images of the fault/incorrect item and we will work with you to resolve it as soon as possible.

DO YOU ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL RETURNS?

Unfortunately we do not accept any  exchanges or returns outside of India & Singapore at the moment.

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

  • Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Shop Arrasa, Siddhachal Phase 2, Mandargiri, Thane West, 400610

  • Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.

  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

  • Service refers to the Website.

  • Website refers to Arrasa Clothing, accessible from https://arrasa.in

  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
