Since every piece at Arrasa is made-to-order, our delivery timeline is divided into two
phases: Dispatch (time taken to create your garment) and Transit (time taken for it to reach you).

3. Singapore Transit Timeline
All Singapore orders are delivered within 4–6 business days after dispatch.
All duties and taxes are prepaid in India, so no additional charges will be collected upon delivery.

International Customs & Duties: Please note that international shipments are cleared of any import duties and taxes in India itself. You will not need to pay anything extra once the package reaches your destination country. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on

When does my delivery timeline begin?
Your timeline begins on the first business day after your order is placed. Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order moves from the Production phase to Dispatch, we’ll share a tracking link with you via email so you can follow its journey to you.
What if there’s a delay?
We always aim to deliver within the timelines shared. In the rare event of a delay, our team will proactively keep you informed.

Will I have to pay any duties or taxes?
No. All duties, customs, and taxes are prepaid, so your order will arrive without any additional charges. In an event it is charged post delivery, we will reimburse them to you.
